Slide the fuel tray into your Fyra 12, keep an eye on the flames via the viewing hole and let heat build in the oven. Gradually fill your hopper with pellets and top it up regularly to keep the fire rolling.
A full hopper should last about 15 minutes. Control airflow by adjusting the integrated baffle in the chimney to cook efficiently and consistently.
