The ONE has a double layer of ceramic fibre insulation - just like commercial models. This contains heat and prevents external frame from overheating. All you need are small logs no more than 5cm thick to bake with the ONE oven. Cook through the night with just 2kg of firewood.

Wood basket helps to manage your firewood. 3cm thick oven floor firebricks absorb and release heat for perfect cooking results.
