The oven is a standard Mediterrani Royal oven which has been finish in a gorgeous blue mosaic tile. Slightly larger on the external measurements - the mosaic tiles give a very nice, stylish finish to the oven. Of course, outdoor pizza ovens are very popular now and this particular oven offers every specification you require. Manufactured by hand, the internal part of the oven is clay which is then finished with a lovely brick arch at the front and a a pair of solid cast iron doors - stable type. The oven has refractory mortar to make the shape and provide some thermal mass - on top of this is modern insulation and additional mortar to provide a dense and efficient oven. The mosaic tiles provide a stylish and of course traditional finish to the oven. Measuring 110cm on the exterior base and around 85cm tall. There is plenty of room inside for you to be able to cater for a hungry family - or small army.

Pizzas can be cooked at high temperature in around 50 seconds, two at a time will provide more than enough for even the biggest party. In addition to pizza, the mosaic oven will allow you to cook a host of other foods - Tandoor style cooking, breads, slow cooked food, slow roasts, kebabs and even BBQ. Cooking a Sunday dinner in this oven is incredible - Yorkshire puddings like never before and crackling on a pork joint is the best you have ever had!
